    Worked Like a Charm

    It took our puppy 24 hours to figure out how to ring the bell to let us know he wanted to go out. He was so pleased with himself, and we were equally pleased. We have the second strand at the top of our stairs just outside our home office. We introduced this set a month later, and he was very pleased to use them to let us know he was ready to go down and out! They look great, sound well, and hold up to his repeated and enthusiastic swatting and tugging. Thank you!

    This is a nice product now if my dog will use it

    This is a nice product and well made. Thought we could teach our Doxie to use the bell as a puppy. Nope she will not use it. She is now over a year and does not use it but when we shake it to go out she comes running so we are still happy we got them. They are not loud and obnoxious but a medium sounding bell.

    Dog doesn't really get it

    I have had the Potty bells for 2 months now and my dog is not picking it up. I started with the training that was provided with the bells for the first 3 weeks and she would not use them at all. I then went to their website and followed the training tips on there. Now she will only use the bells if I am standing right next to the door and she still tries everything in her power not to touch them. When she does use them she will hit it with the lightest touch that it doesn't make a sound, I don't think she likes the sound of the bells. They are nice and I am sure they work well for other dogs. I think all the training tips should have been provided, I shouldn't have to go to the website for other options to use their product. I cannot rate over 3 stars since they don't work and the lack of training information for their product, if that make you mad take it up with my dog.
