Great doorbell!This little doorbell is perfect for my elderly dog, who struggles to use the dog door. I placed it right beside the flap, where she naturally noses. The bell is ULTRA SENSITIVE so the dog does not need to learn to press it down-simply touch it. Variety of non-doorbell like tones allow me to pick a sound that will not send the rest of the pack into an alert, as if a package had arrived. It is a different tone than my Ring doorbell. I highly recommend this product.

Works!I love this because we are trying to potty train our puppy who is scared of everything. The fact that you can put the bell in another room (hall way for us) allows her to ring the bell and still hear the noise but it’s not right in her face. With the old one she never forgot the noise and therefore never rang it again. We’ve only had this for a few days and she can now tell us when she wants to go outside. It’s working and hoping this completes the potty training.

Transmitter(s) Ring Without Pressing?I’m hoping the seller can respond or reach out to me directly. I was very excited to receive this product & start training my puppy with it. However, during setup I discovered that the transmitters don’t actually have to be pressed to ring. They ring with any movement within approx. one inch of them. Nowhere in the product description is this mentioned nor any review I read so far. This defeats the purpose of these since my puppy can just walk by the transmitter and it will ring. Additionally, any member of my family can walk by it and it will ring. I’m hoping my transmitters are just defective because I liked this product better than other similar ones since it has a blue light and dogs see the color blue best, but gave it just one star until I hear from the seller concerning this issue.

Best purchase!Best purchase!! Got it for our new puppy! We are still working on getting her to fully use it but she’s already doing well! Easy to setup, just attach the Velcro adhesive sticker to the bell and door and plug in the chimer. The buttons are sensitive which is great, your pup won’t struggle or have to press hard to activate it. Bought the 2 bell pack and each actually has a different bell sound. Smart if you have them at different doors so you can differentiate which door your pup is at!

So useful for potty training and able to alert everyone in the household!I foster a lot and ended up wanting to get a system to help potty train the doggies. My own dog will go up to us when he needs to go and it is way easier training the fosters to ring the doorbell compared to teaching them to go to us. My own dog actually got the hang of it as well and will use it too which is amazing!
I really love how you can change the intensity of the sound and there are so many different options for the doorbell noise. And the ability to choose which rooms to put the doorbell alarms is great as both my partner and I usually have our headsets on so having the doorbell by our desks makes it so both of us are guaranteed to hear it.

Two Orders, Zero Functioning ButtonsBought one, received it quick, it appeared to be brand new and had protective packaging. The receiver worked, the button did not. I initiated a replacement-return, packaged it back up nicely, and dropped it off at the Amazon store. The replacement came two days later. This time I received an obviously used item— no protective packaging or anything. I was dubious but gave it a try anyway…and got the same result as the brand new one: the receiver worked but the button did not. Back to Amazon I went to return it.
Bottom line: Don’t waste your time and money on this brand.

Awesome product!As a life ling dog owner, we've always had a dog door, however, our old boy (Westie) was nervous due to the new home's step down to the patio that he needed to make in order to exit the dog door. I purchased the black one so they would see it best and they use it all the time. I think it's a ' Hey mom, heading outside now!' notification. LOL seceral rings to choose from and volume is controlled. Perfect for puppy training. Just place on the door you want the dogs to use!

The spectacle at my house 🤣I cannot speak more highly of this product AND their company. It only took my dog about 2 weeks to completely terrorize me with this button 🤣🤣 I have a chime downstairs by the door and upstairs because my dog does not alert when he needs to go outside. He just paces and I was worried if he did that downstairs while I was upstairs working I would have no idea. He has it down now. Customer Service with this company is a 10 out of 10 as well. You just have to be consistent in training them to use it. Love love love. Best idea ever.
