"Cast Iron Horse Theme Bell"Great purchase. Has a look and charm of an Antique design. Easy assembly, with the easy-to-understand illustrated diagram. Looks great at our front door. One Helpful Hint= the two black screws included for attaching to a fence or outside siding should NOT be used. Instead use two screws longer in length for strength. Otherwise, your new bell will fall off the wall. Other than date, I LOVE this Horse style Bell.

Greart doorbell!!Bought as a gift for a friend who admired my old bell. Very sturdy and antique looking finish. Took a star because the bell ring doesn't resonate as well. Still a very good buy!

Cute Horse BellI wasn’t expecting to have to put this together, my other horse bell is one solid piece of black cast iron. This comes in pieces that you have to put together and I’m not sure it’s going to last. The screws that are in the package seem inadequate. Definitely the screws that are supposed to attach this to a wall or a post, are only a half an inch long and this is quite heavy. So, longer screws will have to be found to put this up. It is also painted, rather than the black cast iron.
