    Super easy to use

We have been using these for 2 years with our current pooch.
These buttons are super easy to use, since they only need the slightest touch to activate the doorbell. That being said, I took one star off because during the colder months, they sometimes "stick" and the doorbell will ring constantly for nearly a minute or so. It gets annoying real quick when that happens, but usually by wiping the transmitter dry or tapping the side of it stops it.
Training was simple, just takes a little consistency with everyone in the house.
I've used other brands and had mixed luck. Some would go off randomly throughout the night, which was a little terrifying at first. We haven't had any issues like that with these and we have been using these specific doorbells longer than the others we tried.
I'll keep buying these as long as I can.

    It work so well!

It took 3 days for my dog to get it. No more winning to go potty. As he alreay has learn to come touch my hand with his nose we made him learn to touch the doorbell with his nose not his paw. Works wonder and guests are always impressed when they see the dog ring to come in and out!

    Very soft screws

The product works as described. I wouldn’t say I like the music choices. They are quite long and obnoxious, given that it’s for my dog to use. I don’t need the bell to sing a long song every time my dog touches the button. With that said, your fur baby doesn’t have to “press” it’s really just a “touch”. So it works quite well. Setup was simple enough too.

Now the only issue I have with this product is the screws are VERY soft! Came with 4 screws and 2 broke off at its head when I was almost done screwing. One was far in enough, it didn’t obstruct the transmitter installation. But the second one wasn’t quite far in, I couldn’t put the transmitter on the base. It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to remove the screw without a head from my wall and that damaged my wall a bit too.

Other than the screw issue, which you can just use your own better screws, the product is good for its value and function.

Made potty training so much easier!

The doorbell was easy to set up and my puppy took to it within a couple of times. We helped her to touch the bell the first 3 or 4 times and after that she was good. This helped with potty training as she was not indicating when she needed the bathroom and would frequently mess in the house. After the 1st day we have had no more house accidents with her and even our older dog picked up on it and uses it. The bell is loud enough to be heard all through the house. I just wish it had the option to add more buttons. I have one at the door and one in my room, the puppy sleeps with us, but I wish I could add a 3rd button to my daughter's bedroom where my older dog sleeps so that he can let us know when he needs out.

    It works!

I’ve had a set of bells on my back door for years and through 6 dogs, not a single one has figured out how to use them despite multiple attempts to train them to ring them.

I love my dogs but one of them would never tell us she had to go out. She would wait by the back door and pee there if we didn’t notice her. Couldn’t get her to use the bells. So I thought maybe this will work.

Good news is, it did! This requires the slightest touch to set it off. We attached it to the back door frame and every time my dog goes back there to nose at the door and go out, it rings! She immediately noticed that touching the bell=ringing sound=outside!

Bad news is, she rings it whenever she wants to go play, or whenever she wants to explore the basement (it’s on the way to the door to go out), and whenever she wants to go to the bathroom, and whenever she just wants to sniff around out there. She’s making us nuts! But I’m super happy the peeing by the back door has stopped!

    Worked great, didn't last long

I bought the one with 2 buttons. It worked great, and then my smart fur baby realized that when she rang it – I would come so she used it to get me out of the kitchen or out of my office.

The one I used outside for her to let me know she wanted to come in is fine (I always brought it back inside if she wasn't outside) but the one in the house stopped working even after I changed the battery.

    works great

Installed it and our 5 month old Cocker Spaniel figured out how to work it right away, I had to move the receiver into another room because she was having fun pushing the button and running to watch the receiver flash. We are now working on getting her to quit abusing it and using it for potty only (she sometimes rings it just to get attention) but she definitely knows how to let us know when she needs to be let out.
I have not installed the second transmitter yet since she only goes out with supervision.
I had to reposition the transmitter a little higher because she likes to lay by the door and was unintentionally touching the button (the button is very sensitive).
So far I'm very happy with this product, now we'll see how long it lasts.

    Sensitive enough for a tap

It’s loud enough for a one floor 3 br, house. The adhesive is strong. The songs are too long for my personal preference, but it had at least 2 short rings. Also, I regret not buying the one with the remote because it wasn’t too easy setting up the rings plugged into an outlet.. But overall it’s doing good!

    faulty product

This product albeit a good tool to train your dog……is cheaply made. The "push button" will not stay attached to the base that it is supposed to hang from. It is constantly falling on the floor whenever you open or close the door. This product is faulty and doesn't hold up to the task. Very disappointed and I purchased 2 of these. I had one returned and replaced thinking it was a bad unit…but even the replacement will not stay on the base. A waste of money in my opinion.
