It's still a little big on him for being xs but he is a puppy.Love the bell bc he likes to get under your feet. It's thinner like a cat collar but it will do.

Fits A ChihuahuaI like this collar better than the ones that were available at the pet store. The collar is well made and the perfect size for my chihuahua. He didn't like the other collars I tried but doesn't have a problem with this one. He didn't like the bell, I just removed it. I also like the variety of colors to choose from.
