    Used to potty train our puppy. Products are very durable and work as advertised.

    Bells fall off easily

    I've had a problem with the bells falling off easily, I've had to sew them on so they stay put, but it works great for our dog letting us know she need's to go to the bathroom!

    Excellent value

    We bought this to help potty train our puppy and it’s been great. We wound up using a shoelace to tie it to our sliding glass door handle and it works perfectly. We have not used the bellhop style yet but having a second one for travel is great.

    Got this to try for our older poodle who would sit by the door waiting and if we didn't get to him fast enough he'd find a place in the house to pee or poo, which was causing a huge problem. I bought this to give him a "voice" and it worked beautifully! He's so smart and within 3 days learned to ring the bell to let me know he was needing to go out! Even our Portuguese water dog, who's not the smartest dog around, learned to step on the bell. I liked having both options because each dog prefers a different bell!! Great product!

    Snap rings are unsafe. Floor bell jams on carpet.

    1.Bells on strap are connected by a snap ring and disconnected IN SHIPPING! I reassembled and glued the snap rings shut to prevent choking accidents. Doggie however ignores them.
    2. The puppy dog poodle immediately learned to press the floor bell to ask out after one try. But then the edge/ridge of the bell sank into the carpet and blocked the clapper. So I glued the bell onto a tile into which it cannot sink. SUCCESS! But now he rings the bell to just go out for fun. Time will tell.

    Bells easily fall off and become unsafe for dogs.

    Product is not safe for dogs that may swallow the bells. After just a few weeks the bells fall off and my puppy almost swallowed it.

    Great at first but Didn't last long.

    The hanging bells fit really loose around door handles. The Soft metal gets smashed easy and then they go silent.

    The other bell was crisp and loud every time my dog used it until it broke…
