    The bells have a nice, clear sound and I love the design. The button on the bell is a nice size and is easier to hit with a paw than bells I've used previously. After repeated use, the little pawprint on the black button wears away.

    My dog quickly learned how to use these tell-bells and now I always know when she needs to go out. The tap is easy to activate – my pup weighs only 6 pounds – and the ring is loud and clear. The bells are well-made and I like the color options (we chose pink). Good value.

    Only 2 worked, 1 of them arrived damaged. After a few months another one stopped working. Very disappointed

    OMG My dog now rings this EVERY time he needs to go outside to potty. Easy to train – I just tapped the bell with my toes before I opened the door and say "outside Potty?!" I just had to superglue it to a small board because he would toss the bell around by the door.

    Great way to communicate with our dogs. Keeps the puppy from having accidents in the house. Although the Border Collie thinks it's she's trained us not to sit down for too long. She even rings the bell when the cat wants in/out. Lol

    Inconsistent working bells

    These bells constantly get stuck in the "down" position and we have to pick them up and shake it out so the center button pops back up for our pup to use again. We unfortunately can't use them because they rarely "ding" when our pup motions to them.

    Seller did offer a full refund, which was kind, but this doesn't change the lack of working bells. Just sharing for future purchasers, I'm sorry.
